I have been trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga for 2 years at The Yoga Space in West Perth. I have completed more than 600 hours in training and my teaching experience totals in more than 800 hours. My teaching experience ranges from bushwalking retreats, charity classes for a NFP organisation as well as to a wide range of communities in Perth.
Prior to my yoga teaching, I have worked in a corporate environment for more than 15 years. Being amongst the busy-ness and being under the constant pressure, practising yoga became a vital tool not only to survive but also to thrive in my own skin.
When teaching yoga, I thoroughly enjoy creating an open space for each individual to experience mindful movement and re-connect with their own body. I describe yoga as "making love to yourself", where you are being "One" with your body, your breath, your mind and your spirit. Have you made love to yourself lately?

A yoga practitioner for more than 10 years, Mishka has practiced many styles of yoga ( bikram, power yoga, hot yoga) and currently practice yin, meditation, vinyasa and ashtanga. Initially, she practiced for physical fitness however with long term practice, she finds yoga benefits her both physically and mentally. Yoga has blessed and changed her life and she is passionate to share this gift of yoga to others. She loves designing her class with the focus on relating breath to movement and tailor it to be accessible to beginners, while also challenging for the more experienced students.
Samantha is an experienced yoga teacher, Level 2 member with Yoga Australia, and has been exploring and offering different types of movement for 10 years.
Samantha began the practice of yoga in 2002 in the USA. She felt drawn to yoga and connected with the flow of vinyasa practice. In 2009, Samantha began her journey to become a teacher and completed her Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training at The Yoga Space in Perth.
Samantha is qualified to teach vinyasa, kids, and yin yoga classes. She also specialises in prenatal and postnatal yoga and has completed her Mindful Birth Teacher Training, which she now assists in teaching on trainings. Samantha continuously furthers her studies in Australia, USA and India in Yoga, dance, meditation and other forms of movements.
She applies conscious, healing movements she has learned through various forms of dance and mindful movement practices, combining a multitude of practices in an artistic way. An experienced meditator, she brings the healing practice of mindfulness into movement.
Samantha is an inspirational teacher, one who truly understands the connection between the mind, heart and body. She is truly passionate about sharing the joy of movement and personal empowerment and offers her practices in deep gratitude.

Although I have practiced yoga for over 12 years, it was when I cleared out from my corporate lifestyle and made time for daily practice that I started to see life with more colour. Yoga has been a key, enabling me to unlock and unfurl the deeper layers, the truth that runs beneath the surface of my ideas and muscle fibres - the essence of who I really am. I am passionate about sharing this experience with anyone who also wants to run a little deeper or seeks respite from their urban life.
As I continue to delve within, I move closer to an authentic life - one where I make the rules, where I follow the song of my soul. This led me to Costa Rica where I undertook my first teacher training and took me around the world, teaching and practicing yoga from California to Barcelona. Practicing every yoga style in every language has given me a deep well of inspiration to draw from. With a few stops along the way, this adventure within has now led me back home to Perth where I enjoy the beach in all weather, my garden, real food and living the sweet and simple life with my amazing partner and new baby. As former owner of the studio, I am very much invested in the EN. Yoga community and understand the needs of busy city folk. I believe that yoga is for EVERYbody, and am passionate about finding ways to create time out of their busy schedules to help people to stop, breathe, connect, step closer to their true self and uncover their limitless potential. Para has been a movement coach, personal trainer and dance choreographer for most of her life. With a Master Trainer Certificate 3 and 4, and a Pilates certificate from Studio Pilates, she has a sound knowledge of the human anatomy and so her classes in dance, stretch and conditioning reflect that. She blends strength and power with flow and stretch effortlessly. She is also very adept at working with different levels of fitness. Her pilates classes are on Tuesdays 12-1pm, booking essential. Yoga passes not valid for her class.
Hi I'm Kristine! My Yoga journey began about 5 years ago in the lush mountains of Revelstoke, BC, Canada. I first began practising Yoga as a way to deal with some crippling back issues (I'm an ex- gymnast and swimmer) and then quite simply fell in love with the practise.
My aim as a teacher is simple - to connect you with your body, mind and soul. To tune out to tune in.
I believe in the healing power of breathwork, meditation, movement and how our practise ultimately reveals what's going on in our lives. I encourage you to feel, to search, to take a journey within, to feel centred and re-energized.
To me, Yoga is a living, breathing practise in life - it's not limited to the four corners of our mats. So come as you are, join me for a practise that will invite a sense of stillness, exploration and play into your day.

My vision is to use yoga to empower families. I love sharing the gift of yoga and I am lit up by connecting people to their mind, body and breath. I enjoy teaching lots of different styles of yoga such as Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal and Children’s Yoga. Morning is my favourite time to practice and I enjoy greeting the day with an energetic Vinyasa. What a beautiful way to start the day - rolling out a mat, opening up, coming alive and then walking out into the day in a state of peace. Restorative yoga is a great way to end the day - finding a state of relaxation while being fully supported. We live in a fast paced world where lot of things are go, go, go. Allowing yourself to be in the space of relaxation can improve sleep and allow time to reflect inwards. The children’s classes I teach are fun, playful and designed to have every child engaged in making yoga shapes, going on yoga adventures, playing games and learning the basic principles of yoga. I want every child to know that they matter and get inspired by planting the seed of yoga in young people’s minds. I love empowering women and I am fascinated about the birthing process. Prenatal yoga can make the experience of pregnancy more easeful and joyful while helping to prepare the mind-body for birth and beyond. I hold a space for love, acceptance and connection with self.
